This terms and conditions apply to all concluded agreements between the customer and ORZOOM and cannot be modified unless a special writing request send to or@orzoom.org, signed by ORZOOM and returned to the customer with an authorized signature.
We deploy the following steps to get your work done

- As required by our policies, we may hold an online meeting, phone call or email to discuss the requirements in detail. Once that is done, we will send a quote acceptance/sign-off to the customer’s email.
- Usually, depends on the size of the project, 50 % of the estimate is required to start the project. The amount can be paid by Zelle, PayPal, Bank transfer or Mon cash (only for Haiti). The due amount must be paid 15 days after we delivered the project to you. Be aware that penalty may apply to late payments (5% of the due amount per late day).
- Once we have the brand details such as logo, images, branding materials, colors, preferred font, etc, we will have a mock-up for your review within 5 to 10 working days.
- You can review the design and suggest improvements accordingly. Depending upon your project, generally up to 3 to 5 design modifications that can be done within the given estimates.
- Our team build your project two days prior the deadline (Time-Frame). After the project is done, you have 5 days or more (depends on the project) to review it and notify if there is any missing information, design or any discussed items who were included in the discussion before the estimate. Additional fee may apply if you request something who was not part of the deal.

- By accepting a quote, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions of ORZOOM. Acceptance can be done by email, payment of Initiation, signing a quote. It’s customer’s responsibility to read carefully the terms&conditions.
- All estimates/quotes are based on our understanding of your requirements and as per given time-frame. Any changes to the functionality including micro-improvements, may incur additional costs accordingly. Depends upon the project, if the client does not give us a time-frame, we will recommend one. Once accepted, additional fees may apply if the customer needs an expeditious project.
- It is essential for you to clarify every aspect of your website development. After acceptance of the quote, additional fees may apply for any requesting changes.
- If the project gets delayed due to client’s responsability, additional fees may incur to complete task.
- Any bugs (programming errors) reported during or just after the development does not attract additional charges at all.
- Any change on a already completed and accepted task will require additional fees.
- SSL certificate, Hosting plan and domain name price are all included in the quote. If the register platform increases the yearly price of the domain name, ORZOOM will notify the client 30 days prior the renewal.
- ORZOOM websites are fully tested on both PCS&phones’s browsers (Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox). If you need your website to be tested on a specific browser let us know in advance. Also, responsive/multi-device compatible web pages are tested on iPhone and iPads. If you require testing to be done on any other device, please discuss it in advance. It is ORZOOM responsibility if your website does not properly work on the devices and browsers described above, unless your website is managed by yourself.
- To put a project on hold without incurring additional charges, we will need the account to be up to date based on the work done. We can make some considerations if you asking for.
- All communications/correspondences are generally done via emails. It is client’s responsibility to keep us updated with their relevant email addresses.
- Websites build by ORZOOM are ORZOOM intellectual property unless a third party owns that.
- The customer must pay for maintenance on the website. A quote will be sent after any requesting maintenance. A payment plan may be approved for some specific customers.
- You have the right to deny the exposure of your website on social media for promotion purpose but ORZOOM has the right to post its works on orzoom.org as part of the portfolio.
- We can help you on maintenance with an affordable price. Email us at or@zoom.org or call +15163697419 (call and text). If you have a magazine, you will also need a maintenance plan but we will show you how to publish post on your website (it’s included in the estimate so it’s for free). We do not share article, post, etc. on magazine website for customer, if you want us to be responsible for that contact us for an affordable deal.
